Unclear documentation around `optName`

Hello,

I am reading the documentation around HTL and had a hard time understanding how to use `optName` expression based on https://github.com/adobe/htl-spec/blob/master/SPECIFICATION.md#116-options

Could you please extend this section of the documentation with some additional examples that shows how this can be used / how does it work?
