Switch Temurin VDR Generator to Use the NVD Mirror Hosted by Dependency Track

Instead of using NIST database to get further information about vulnerabilities fetched from the OJVG website. Update the VDR Generator to fetch vulnerability details from the Eclipse Foundation’s Dependency Track NVD mirror.
