Add `gpn` to configuration for `has` field

We want to be able to support the query has:gpn to identify all records with data for planetary feature names: add 'gpntoHAS_FIELDSinconfig.py`.

Note: while gpn is currently still accepted as a search field, the preferred name is planetary_feature now.
