Possible approach to article

Intro

What is it - a guide to get you started with developing on AEM, with or without AEM.Design, as the process should be same for everyone. What you want is developer induction to AEM is to be simple. Run a container, clone some repos and deploy.
What is the objective - get you to deploy core and showcase to your local docker instance
What you need to get started - Docker, Git
