adb server is not killed when closing GUI #14

Describe the bug
The adb server should be killed when closing. Maybe the IS_PROD variable isn't set correctly even in prod builds?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- open - adb starts
- close - adb is not killed
