Wire debug setting and improve debug dumps

As a developer, I want users to have a simple and clear path of action to report bugs to encourage their contributions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Take a screenshot when locating an image times out on the max timeout end. Not exactly straightforward because sometimes timeouts are used as checks and not errors. Also write detailed log files. Maybe just paste the debug console output into a file.
