Graph query-rec-count=0 in the query rec count dashboard

Issue:Currently the query-rec-count dashboard does not show the queries that were successful and returned no records.

Possible workaround:
This can be achieved by overlaying the query histogram total and the query-rec-count total for a particular node and doing a delta.

ask:
Idealy this could be its own dashboard of query-rec-count =0 per nodes.
