Failure to `bundle-upgrade` due to latest `opm`

Error trying to do bundle-upgrade
docker-io-aerospike-aerospike-kubernetes-operator-bundle pod is stuck in CrashLoopBackOff

Logs show:
mkdir: can't create directory '/database': Permission denied

Seems problem is with the latest quay.io/operator-framework/opm:latest
