Question on highlightedTF on 2.3_motifEnrichment.RDs, raising more than the top50PerTarget

Hello,

When I run my SCENIC pipeline (SCENIC_1.1.2-01), I'm running it on top 50 targets (I want to capture the most regulons). I end up returning only a few (75 regulons that are non-extended). Is it possible to get more than the top50?

Now, when I look in my "2.3_motifEnrichment.Rds," the highlighted TF has 605 regulons detected. How can I get all regulons for my analysis? Is there a way to get all of the regulons that are above the 50% mark?
