Anybody played around with Long Range/Coded PHY?

Hey all

I know it's not a Bermuda limitation, but rather a limitation on the ESPHome side, but I'm trying to implement a long-range outdoor tracking system on my farm land to track my dogs/be notified if they go too far

So far, I've been able to get a range around 75-80m with some Long-Range beacon, but those beacon support Coded PHY, which are supposed to provide 400-500m theoretical range

Obviously, since the land here is quite big and it's complicated to have power and network far from the house (without chaining multiple POE extender or going with solar?), it would be really nice for me to support the Coded PHY advertisements

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone played around with Coded PHY, if you were able to get it to work with ESPHome and Bermuda or if you abandoned the project
