📦 `Dependency conflict`: `aiida-quantumespresso` removes imported function `_lowercase_dict`

A recent update of aiida-quantumespresso removed the _lowercase_dict function which is imported in the current EpwCalculation. We should either copy-paste the related code into this aiida-epw package or do similar thing as aiida-quantumespresso that we also enforce consistent casing in epw parameters.

Right, I didn't even realise we were using that code here. Naughty naught us, using a private function. ^^

I would vote to also enforce the casing, for obvious reasons. :) What do you think on the matter?

I see. Enforcing the casing in EpwCalculation is the best. I agree with you. I'll review the codes in PwCalculation and make the change then.
