Common aiida profile on thanos

An aiida enviroment is setup on thanos (prnmarvelsrv3.epfl.ch)

To access it:

1. ssh prnmarvelsrv3
2. cde gww90

Notes:

1. The aiida profile, computer, code setup yaml are stored at /home/aiida/envs/aiida-gww90/setup. Currently submissions are using jqiao's account on eiger.
2. git clone of aiida plugins are at /home/aiida/envs/aiida-gww90/code
3. submission scripts should be stored at /home/aiida/envs/aiida-gww90/submit

@mikibonacci Could you git clone your branch of yambo-aiida and setup the codes in aiida? I have already pushed a new docker image containing QE+yambo+wannier90, the sarus wrappers are at eiger:/users/jqiao/bin/sarus_wrapper, I think you can ssh into my eiger account without password on thanos by ssh -i ~/.ssh/jqiao_keys/id_ed25519_eiger_prnmarvelsrv3 -J jqiao@ela.cscs.ch jqiao@eiger.cscs.ch after activating aiida-gww90 virtualenv, if you want to have a look at the sarus wrappers.
