cli lacks way to select `metadata.options` inputs

It appears the `aiida-common-workflows` cli does not support selecting a queue on the remote machine.
The only option seems to be to hardcode the queue in the `prepend_text` of the computer on which the codes are defined.

Selecting a partition that differs from the default one of the computer is quite a common use case, and perhaps worth supporting.
