How to contribute to translation? #92

I’m a developer from Taiwan learning Aiken.
I think English can be relatively inconvenient for many non-native developers, and having translated versions could help promote learning. As I mentioned earlier, I’m also studying, so translating as I go doesn’t take much extra time and helps me review easily. I noticed a “Change language” button but am unsure how to contribute translations.
I believe we could have a translation program like Ethereum’s, gathering contributors to translate various Cardano websites so that more non-native English speakers can get to know Cardano better.
