Dependency on deprecated async-timeout

Aiokafka depends on async-timout package which is considered as deprecated. This dependency should be removed in the next release.

We can remove this dependency completely, after Python 3.10 end of life, in October of 2026, I guess. As asyncio.timeout was added in 3.11 and before that point we have buggy asyncio.wait_for, which hangs. We may consider rewriting code to require it for older Python versions only.
