Multi-axis scrolling with dragging

Hello everyone.

Tell me, is it possible to implement the same behavior of scrolling the axes via mouse capture similar to Plotly (https://plotly.com/javascript/multiple-axes/)?

I tried to register events for the AnimatedAxis and AxisLeft components, but they don't work.
