Get Streams when creating a rule from a search

Thanks to #142 we can create a rule from a search.
However only the search query is used.
If some Streams are used to filter the search they are not retrieved in the rule.

It would be nice to:

• If 1 Stream is used, duplicate it and use it in the rule
• If 2 Streams are used, duplicate them and use them in an OR rule
• If more than 2 Streams are used, disable the ability to create a rule from the search (maybe with a tooltip explaining the reason)
