Theme displayed incorrectly

i have a minor issue, when i open powershell (pwsh.exe) the theme breaks, its still usable though, however when i open it through a program called Tabby/Terminus it displays correctly, any help?

On the left is powershell (pwsh), on the right is Tabby/Terminus

This seems unrelated to zoxide.
