On iPadOS the reference, but not the footnote, gets added #6

Thank you for this wonderful plugin!

On iPadOS, invoking the Footnote Shortcut command creates a reference (e.g., [^1]), but the expected action of adding the footnote detail (e.g., [^1]: ) at the bottom of the text does not occur. Is this a known issue?

I am a maintainer for MichaBrugger's Obsidian Footnotes plugin, an active fork of this plugin.
This feature has been fixed in my plugin.
