migrate config directories from {akashd,akashctl} to akash #108
Description
We now have three home directories in the wild: ~/.akashd and ~/.akashctl from 0.7.x and ~/.akash from 0.9.x.
Write an upgrade how-to, especially for:
- migrating keyring
- replacement for client config
- migrating node config, data
