Update/ Refresh Provider Page ahead of Provider Console launch

https://akash.network/providers/ needs to be updated with the following changes as discussed:

• Launch Praetor App: Change to "Launch Akash Provider Console" https://provider-console.akash.network/
• Image: Need a new one for this @aktdenis
• Provider Calculator: Change link to https://akash.network/pricing/provider-calculator/
• Provider Docs: New docs are being written - Providers #516 - change link to that
• Provider Status: Change link to https://console.akash.network/providers
• Getting Started Section: Until we have some content ready I would remove these as they're outdated. Once we have a blog post and a video ready we can add back.
• Additional Resources Section: This is probably fine to leave as-is although the formatting could probably be improved
