Does org-wild-notifier--get-hh-mm-from-org-time-string ignore daylight savings time? #80
Description
On my Linux PC in the Pacific Time Zone, each notification occurs at the correct time, but the time in the notification text is an hour later than the task's timestamp.
It seems that the time in the notification text is displayed using the function org-wild-notifier--get-hh-mm-from-org-time-string. Does this function ignore daylight savings time?
By the way, when I run the Emacs command display-time, the correct time is displayed.
