BUG: Completion menu entries & command off by one

Notice the selected menu entries and the command being offset to the left by one when the menu completions is navigated to previous page and the selected menu entry is on the right half

I am not using any terminal multiplexer, just Ghostty

Thanks. So it seems Ghostty. I'll check if the problem is reproducible with Ghostty in my environment.
