For automatically video content generation or something, CLI command needs to adapt to old demos like today's cs2 update.
In settings -> Playback section, custom CS2 location can be enabled which makes us playback old demos.
Technically it is not hard thing, and if someone prefers this feature, I am gonna create PR to add this feature.
