Add additional TFM to eliminate explicit dependencies

I want my dependencies to be bringing in the minimal dependencies needed and wherever possible the native framework relied upon.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like net 5 or newer TFM to be added to the project. the dependencies on these newer frameworks should at most be 1 as they can come from the framework.
