HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden

After clone it and build I got the below issue while running the project from VS 2019

HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden
The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.

That's because the web api does not have a default document set. You need to go to swagger and you can see that it works.
