Mobile & small screen friendly version

The homepage doesn't look great on mobile:

• the navbar seems look different from the team page, where it looks right
• I can't scroll all the way up
• Some of the text goes off the screen

Related to this:

• the "about" section (with the logo and text about the package) does not always scale well with browser window size (e.g., the logo can look too big or too small relative to the text)
• the title of the page touches the right side of the screen at some screen sizes

It would be good to make both more reactive.

Reopening just because it still looks a bit off on mobile, but basically fine. Remaining issues:

• Hamburger is right at the top of the screen
• Main text and code on landing page still goes off a bit
• Should make the entire team page scrollable, not just the grid box
• Icon on blog card overlaps text
• Header and table on blog post page go off screen
• Autoemulate logo overlaps navbar text on smaller laptop screens
