Aborted - Alexa Media Play successfully reauthenticated

Hello all,

After I configured the integration and logged into Alexa, then coming back to HA, I see "Aborted - Alexa Media Play successfully reauthenticated". Then the Alexa Media Player dosn't show up in the integrations.

In the end I maid it work with my wife's account

Backstory:

• Alexa Media Player did work before with my account then I guess my account got transformed from amazon.com to amazon.de to connect it to my wife's account.
• Then I tried many things to make it work again:

1. Relogin in the integration with amazon.de
2. Reinstall the integration in HACS as documented in the wiki (I didn't find any .pickle files)
3. Deactivating 2FA and deleting the 2FA related data
4. Login in again with amazon.com. That works but all devices show up as unavailable.

I guess this is a bug or am I missing something?

It seems like the problem was that the integration was disabled.
