Odd Issue - Any ideas?

I love this integration! But I have an odd issue.

When I call an Alexa service (say "notify" for example), it works the first time. But then fails subsequent times, even with no changes. The only thing that solves it reliably is switching to a different browser. Pretty weird.

But here's the really, really weird part - If I go to "Review Voice History" in my Alexa account, all the failed calls are listed there, like they were successful. As if the error is happening on the Echo device itself. But this appears to reproduce across all my Echo devices.

Any ideas?

Update - it appears the issue is somehow related to speaker groups. ~25 of my 29 Echo devices (I know, it's a lot) are in speaker groups, so I hadn't tested any of the lone devices. They appear to work consistently.
