Can't get through initial configuration.

Trying to follow along with Mark Watt Tech setup video (https://youtu.be/0ElXDPw5c1Q) but I can't even get past entering my Amazon username and password. I know my username and password are correct, but when I click submit, I get this box:

I've tried clicking on the blank check box and pressing submit, and that just takes me to this response:

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
