Expose few more climate sensors such as seat heaters #136

Wondering if it would be possible to expose some more climate related sensors, could be as attributes on the climate entity.
Some additional items:

seat heater setting (5 attributes)
heated steering wheel (if available)
front defroster
rear defroster
outside temperature
