replacement underpriced on UO

Hey,
I'm having an issue sending a UOs.
Initially I started user operations. Did around 22 UOs but after that it started complaining with replacement underpriced. Checked JiffyScan, can't see any UO that's stuck (not using gas sponsorship)
Tried to increase callGasLimit as well as used dropAndReplaceUserOperation but I'm getting same error every time.

Here's the code I use:

Seems like it never reaches dropAndReplaceUserOperation and fails right at sendUserOperationAsync.

It's interesting that I see replacement underpriced as well as InvalidParamsRpcError and not sure which one is causing an error.

Did you alreday update the dependencies in your project for the new version of AA?

Yes, I've. It's been better now after I've update config as well, but these are values I don't understand as it's missing from docs.
