The highlight option will not change #88

When I run npx create-web3-dapp@latest, and choose how to start:

  • Create default full-stack dapp
  • Create pre-built template
  • Back

And I press Up or Down on keyboard, the highlight option will not change.

The highlight option is always the 1st one. But it still work after press ENTER.

  • OS: Windows10
  • Terminal: Git Bash
  • Git Version: 2.38.1.windows.1
