Write meta-data files at end of jobs

Hi Alex,

SPADE needs an extra meta-data file for each data file uploaded by the jobs... We think it would probably just be a case of doing a few extra steps at the end of the job wrapper (possibly you could add this as another "application" so that it can be turned on/off as required):

• Check that the uploaded file checksum matches the local checksum.
• Create a meta-data file with information about the file (exact file format & fields to be decided).
• Upload meta-data file along side the original data file.

You can probably consider this ticket to be on-hold until we find out exactly which meta-data fields are required...
