Publish pre-release containers

Would it be possible to publish pre-release containers for the operator. The last release only allows going to temporal 1.25.2 which is nearly a year old

Yes, this can be easily done.
I would be happy to review either:

• a PR that adds support for pre-releases containers
• a PR that creates a new release
