Simple Example does not work

Hi Alex,

Your cake-chart looks very cool. I am trying setting up a running demo by using your code "simple example", but it only showed partial chart on the browser, and threw some errors, for example, "Error: Invalid value for attribute viewBox="0 0 NaN NaN"setInnerHTML @ setInnerHTML.js:30".

See index.jsx and the wrapper content which resulted in the invalid errors in the attachment.

Could you please help and give more details about how to use the cake chart?

BTW, your webpack chart demo works well? Can you share the source codes?
