docs: introduce a disambiguation note about the "versioning" #211
Description
Currently we use the word version in different context with different meanings.
The principal usage of the word version refers to the program (or AVM) version.
Other minor usage of the word version:
- Algorand protocol version
- Application version (recently introduced)
- Multisignature version
The disambiguation note should state that, unless explicitly specified, the word version is intended as program (AVM) version.
