docs: consolidate TeX macros #219
Description
The definition of TeX macros is repeated in every file that uses them, leading to many repeated definitions.
We can consolidate all the TeX macros in a unique file to be imported with the mdBook include feature. This would avoid repetition and foster better maintenance and updates of TeX macros in a single point.
