allow adding custom formatting to facets/property configs

e.g. for date, as config user can give a formatting and then the results will be formatted accordingly.
This is helpful because:

• saves the time creating a new component per format
• we don;t need to add a new property to triple store e.g. to have the date year or month
• allows flexible configuration
