Can't access model checkpoints

I have gone to the links provided [here](https://github.com/alibaba-mmai-research/HiCo/blob/master/MODEL_ZOO.md) to download the model checkpoints. But sadly, all the provided links are raising error 404.

Is there any problem with the links?
