This is the Fluss 0.7.0 release RC3. You can verify the release using the signature (.asc files) or hashes (.sha256 files).

• Run fluss quick start, also verify the timestamp data type
• Run with (Fluss + local filesystem) + (Paimon + s3 filesystem) + (Flink 1.19 local cluster) + partial updates, but add table option 'table.datalake.freshness' = '30s', everything works well now.

• I run the Deploying Local Cluster and Deploying Distributed Cluster and all of queries in Engine Flink using local and distributed cluster.
• I also use 0.6.1 Fluss client to connect with 0.7.0 RC3 server and using 0.7.0 R3 Fluss client to connect with 0.6.0 server, both ok.
