和 #3892 解决的是同一个问题，但是实现方式不同。（我的实现逻辑参考了 vue 的 endBatch）

另外， #3892 新增的一些测试用例在这里没有通过（actual 次数比 expected 少一次），需要再研究一下是否符合预期。
