2.0版本日志发送到kafka失败

配置为，经测试使用相同的broker在同一个pod里面用kafka-python发送是没问题的

解决了，是因为kafka版本太低协议不兼容引起的

解决了 ，陷入了误区， 一直想着升级kafka 版本，结果是降到了0.11.0.2 就好了 ， kafka 那边给出了日志
