Replacing Images before Texturing

Hello Meshroom Community,
I am attempting to create 3D thermal image data in a research project. To do this, we have two cameras that take both RGB images and thermal images from exactly the same perspective. The goal is now to generate a 3D mesh from the RGB images and to exchange the image files with the thermal images before texturing. Has anyone had experience with this or knows of other helpful resources for achieving this or a similar goal?
