[BUG] Lipo Incompatible with MacUpdater

Describe the bug:

MacUpdater does not like what Lipo does. When launched, it shows the folllowing error message.

MacUpdater Launch Problem
Your copy of MacUpdater is damaged. Please never run any tools that claim to save space by removing 'unneeded' code (like 'CleanMyMac' or 'Monolingual') over MacUpdater, as this results in a damaged copy.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch MacUpdater - https://www.corecode.io/macupdater/
2. See error

• OS: Mac OS X 15.5
• Pearcleaner Version: 4.5.3

Would like an option in the Preference to manually add apps to ignore during Lipo
