Date Filter Not Working

### Description of the bug

The date range filter isn't working on the Apple News article list page.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Apple News > Articles
2. Set a date range that includes articles that should display in that range
3. Click filter
4. Notice how no articles appear
