Evaluate condition on front end

Description

The condition should be evaluated on the front end, and the value passed to the child is-true and is-false blocks.

Use Case

the is-true or is-false blocks should display according to the result of the condition.

Acceptance Criteria

• Wire up the condition specified in block attributes to the conditional logic in the registry and control block visibility accordingly.

@mogmarsh should this affect excerpts? for example, on an archive list page excerpt, should the conditional blocks show?
