Moving a Pinned Post Doesn't Work

Description of the bug

Moving a pinned post doesn't work. This seems to happen both on current develop and the new version 3.0 branches

As a nice to have, it would be great to be able to 'cancel' moving a post in some way.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Add a query block
2. Pin a post
3. Try to move it.

This was working for me on 3.0.0. We'll see if anyone else has issues.
