Drop legacy-peer-deps #424
Description
We should update the project to not need legacy-peer-deps=true when installing dependencies.
Removing this would mirror https://github.com/alleyinteractive/create-wordpress-plugin and also automatically install stylelint-config-sass-guidelines for us as a peer dependency of @alleyinteractive/stylelint-config. Right now, we have to manually require it.
