[SQL] AMXX admins update... Overdue !?

Hi there,

I believe we need an extensive update to the admin.sma part of AMXX, specifically the SQL part.

We do not have a primary key, index or unique key.
Passwords are saved in plaintext and aren't encrypted using the latest methods available. (Argon2id) 
Auth doesn't have any check to see if it's real or not.
